What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations or reschedules are free with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. After-hours service is available 24/7 by appointment only.
How does GPS tracking work?
You get real-time updates in the Time to Pet app, including arrival and departure times, a GPS route map, and potty break notifications.
Is my pet sitter insured and bonded?
Yes. All staff are insured and bonded through Pet Sitters Associates LLC.
Will I have the same sitter every visit?
Every client gets a primary sitter and a designated backup. Both are introduced before visits begin, and you'll be notified in advance of any change.
How do I pay?
Payments are made online through our secure client portal. Other arrangements are available if needed.
Do you work in all weather conditions?
Yes. For your pet's safety, walks may be retimed, rescheduled, or refunded during severe conditions such as nearby lightning. In extreme heat, walks may become safety-modified potty breaks with indoor companionship.
Do you offer last-minute or emergency service?
We accommodate last-minute requests during business hours (9 AM – 5 PM) whenever possible. After-hours availability varies, and short-notice surcharges may apply.
